The armadillo is a fantastic creature that it uses it's shell for protection against predators and its environment.  The armadillo is the only mammal with this shell making it distinctive in the animal kingdom. Through the process of lost wax casting, the unique pattern of the shell is beautifully preserved.

Strand Length:  approx. 18"
