We want you to be very happy with your purchases, but as a small, specialty business, our return policy is limited to store credit only. Returns & Exchanges
Customers can exchange unused items with tags for store credit only within 7 days of purchase. All sale & discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange. Purchased items that have aged or been damaged by regular wear & tear or improper handling after leaving the store are not eligible for return. For an item to be considered defective, it must be presented to the store and authorized as defective by a manager. If a product receives that authorization, it can be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

- Recommended Shipping for Returns over $75:
- For returns exceeding $75 in value, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of all shipments and want to ensure the safe return of your items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Seven Sisters MVY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is secure.
